Work environment is too good, People are close to each other it too technical work so it requires good technical skills to work with AVL.

Pros

Many of the colleagues there are excellent professionals. The benefits are ok.

Cons

It is very difficult to trust anyone there. Internal "competition" is intentionally created as a tool to encourage "innovation". My experience was that this created an environment that stifled collaboration because everyone was an information hoarder. After all, why would you help the people you are competing against, even if they work a few cubes away?
