      Pros

      AVL has some of the most brilliant engineers in the world. They also provide a really nice work environment with access to amazing technology and nice offices. I would highly recommend working there, as they are very professional, pay well, and have great benefits.

      I wouldn't say there are many cons working there.

      Pros

      Company is located very close to the city centre. Working with the headquarters provide a lot of interesting opportunities. Very international company (30% of employees are foreigners)

      Cons

      Not many options to switch companies locally. There are not so many companies in Austria that has the same work scope.

      AVL has advanced technology and leading company of automotive R&D. And very challenging employees are there but smart thinking at the here.

      Cons

      There is a lot of hard and strong requirements from customer. Every time have to trip all over the county.
