Making use of the pandemic to lay off staff

It was good to meet some nice colleagues. Good trainings.
Cons
The top management is totally worthless. The so called pandemic was used as a trigger to get rid of unwanted projects and the people who worked in those projects, in the very early stage, when the Furlough scheme was just starting. I can never forget this experience. The management did not even consider the peoples skills and experience before just making the jobless one fine morning. This was a very blind decision from the management side. Since I was permanent and I had better experience I always thought I will be better off and might get chance to work in other projects. At least my experience helped me to get another job quicker than I thought, while no active recruitment was ongoing. Such a company is never worth to remember or to recommend. The worst experience in my life.
