Pros

As a data management and business intelligence professional, working at AT&T was rewarding because I got to solve business problems with a great group of people. The amount of data in the organization is astounding so its a good place to be if you want experience analyzing extremely large data sets and if you want to experience the gamut of challenging data situations that could possibly exist.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement into other fields or roles is limited.
