Pros

AT&T is a growing company with an urgency to promote its sales employees into bigger roles and they also make the work environment very comfortable. Determined sellers make it out this program with is but it is easy to get distracted due to the amount of people at the job. In addition, the pay is good and commission an benefits are also included.

Cons

At times the program was unorganized due to the state of the company not always being known. Jobs would be available in the field but not the job your originally applied for. There are also way too many people working at this job making it competitive and a lot of the time sellers are stepping on each others toes because were limited to who we can speak with. The techs are very helpful, the environment is fun but that can also be a distraction as well.

Pros

-Great commission, bonus, and other plans as such. -Subsidized housing (assuming you move to the AT&T University Campus), and other amenities such as food, parking, gym, and pool. -Great pay for the area you live in (I'm originally from San Diego, which helped a lot to live in a place with relatively lower cost of life).

Cons

-Unrealistic goals as your progress. -Unclear expectations and presentation of progress. -Management doesn't seem to care of everyone; only those who excel are rewarded. -Overall cut-throat experience (no support for moving if you lose your job within 3-5 months).
