Pros

Prior to ATT the company truly cared about customer service and its employees. Free DIRECTV, daily, weekly and monthly incentives. Health insurance was great.

Cons

Post ATT the company is focused on profits and not customer service. Employees are a number and easily disposed. Benefits are poor and the only way to advance to to be part of the "in crowd."

Pros

Managers at the owned and operated sites are amazing and work hard for the employees, as well as to build a great environment.

Cons

Since AT&T took over, morale has decreased significantly, AT&T is making changes that was not agreed upon by the union and the employees are no longer treated as a priority.
