Inbound calls so you don't have to find leads
Cons
The biggest con is the fact that they give you an extremely hard to reach quota when you have so much fraud coming in. They'll blame the sellers and say they aren't doing enough when most calls are fraud or customer support. If you don't hit your numbers (the bare minimum is 100%), then they will put you on a performance plan that is impossible to actually complete in order to say they gave you a fighting chance when, in all actuality, they're planning on firing you no matter how hard you work or how bad the calls are. My numbers increased while still on the plan and was still let go. AVOID AT&T THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND SEE YOU AS A $ SIGN.
