Pros

If you want to hide and do nothing, you can.

Cons

The company is way too large and has a significant amount of "deadwood". Leadership has no started layoffs, but instead of chopping out the deadwood they are cutting off branches that contain decent people. The benefits aren't great. Younger employees are made to pay into health plans that provide little or no value, but are needed in case "you get hit by a truck". If you have a family, you pay very little more for extra people (spouses and kids) on the health plan. Although this may seem to be a benefit, those that do not have dependents get screwed.

Pros

Pay and benefits are great due to the efforts and negation skills of the Communication Workers of America.

Cons

Personal satisfaction is zero, expectations are unrealistic, management is impersonal and only driven by revenue. Good company to work for if you don't have family or personal needs.
