Pros

They allow you personal time when you need it. The pay is not too bad compared to other companies with the same job titles. They allow you to telecommute full time if your job allows it.

Cons

they will work you like slave drivers. They really do not care how many hours you work in a day, week or month. its bad enough that we will not ever get a pension from AT&T but the lump sum that we will be getting when we retire is going to be in 100% AT&T stock. We are reqired to take at least 10 or more safety courses or courses dealing with security. Many of the courses are irelavent for the job I do and the location I work at.

Cons

The IT organization contains a lot of bureaucracy that can be a bit daunting to start. Pros

The only positives were the money and benefits were above average.

Cons

Everything else, management is not clear in what they expect and do not make bonus opportunities achievable. In my particular office, only people of a certain color were promoted and everyone else was sabotaged when other departments inquired about them. Management would encourage us to do something and then hang us out to dry. The whole office was littered with irregularities and unethical behavior.
