Staff discount. Free parking at work. Flexibility in office days

Cons

A disparity between benefits in different teams. Best to work in Asda House rather than Britannia House.

Pros

When your shift is over you can go home.

Cons

The new owners are terrible, staff morale at an all tiem low. The bonus has been removed, every time the company gives you something, they take something else away. Union protection by the GMB is non-existant, so ASDA do whatever they want. Incredibly shortstaffed, no help from some managers and has become a very negative place to work. Avoid, avoid, avoid...there is other jobs out there
