Toxic workplace

Pros

Set shifts and pay slightly higher than minimum wage.

Cons

Colleagues will be nice to your face then nasty behind your back. They are all very two-faced and thrive on spreading rumours. Gossip is rife -it’s like being in the big brother house. Management are even worse. They talk at colleagues not to them, treat them like petulant children at best, at worst like dirt from under their shoes. Favouritism is rife. They put lots of undue pressure on us yet do nothing to help. They are nasty, lazy and clueless.
