Pros

National benefits offered by large companies offered to staff Flexible working Discount staff

Cons

Management have poor people skills and senior Management spend more time in offices or having breaks than on shop floor. When managers are called to help at front of store they pass the book onto section leaders some of whom have adopted a poor, rude, abrupt attitude . Bullying environment which if reported is not dealt with professionally. With information spreading around the store within days. Clingy and unprofessional groups between some management and staff making some staff uncomfortable to approach when they have a problem. Complete lack of discretion in offices and warehouse back ups, as personal information gets gossiped about and leaked.

Pros

Friendly colleagues and nice working atmosphere but always pressure from above.

Cons

Not being listened to is the worst thing and knowing that you are quicker and more efficient if left to get on with it. Hard work and commitment not rewarded and too many changes of systems that are not improving the output.
