Pros

I've worked for ASDA for 10+ years, I have met some great people and worked my way up to management. Benefits are good - discount card, double discount weeks (before Xmas), lots of different benefits on the greenroom employees website. Opportunities are there if you're willing to learn, travel and development yourself.

Cons

The pay gap between D zone (first tier management) and logistic colleagues is now in the negative, meaning a Lates and Nights warehouse Colleague earns more per hour than his Manager. This is due to recent pay awards for colleagues of 8+% and managers only receiving 1%

Pros

Not many to name actually. You work with some good people. Also there's a shop floor full of food. Plus 10% discount

Cons

Below minimum wage. 38 hours a week. Get treated just like a number. No respect. No acknowledgement for anything you do.
