Pros

Colleagues Decent benefits package Flexible hours available Asda has long enjoyed a reputation as a great employer, famous for treating their colleagues and customers with respect and dignity.

Cons

Brutal workloads Limited progression Inconsistent leadership However, largely due to increasing competition from continental budget retailers and the slow shift from the traditional supermarket model towards e-commerce and other online retailers, standards have slipped significantly. At the moment colleagues in all parts of the business are bearing the brunt. Increasingly excessive workloads, less and less manpower to complete tasks and largely unreasonable expectations have decimated morale.
