Pros

There are some amazing colleagues that work there. Christmas is always fun, when people remember what's important. Customers are great. Some amazing experience in our stores too.

Cons

Long hours, 10 hour day minimum for management, told you can't go home until the shop is perfect. Poor working conditions, such as canteens being closed and left with all equipment in, but management are even blamed for this. Called on your holidays, contacted on your days off.

Pros

It can be a fun place to work and there is a real buzz around the central atrium. There are some good people.

Cons

Not all functions are the same but mine lacks direction with no support from management. There is no work life balance - 10/11 hour days plus evenings and weekends. Pay is poor. Lack of investment in systems.
