Pros

Renowned company, well rated. Great opportunity to rise through the ranks as the company has many different aspects and departments. There is room for career progression

Cons

Slow training and very weak strategies have caused a very high staff turn over. There are no KPIs in place and there is no emphasis on company values and aims

Pros

Friendly work environment, managers were very open with their opinions, good team work ethic, good break room facilities, opportunity to try different job roles.

Cons

Bureaucracy in the office meant that things were sometimes tense between section leaders and managers, sometimes it was hard to get your rota - even for the current week, and they would demand working weekends without notice.
