Pros

Friendly stuff, good end of year party's, fair prices and deals for customers and stuff,

Cons

Low hour contracks, low pay, low stuff, can be a stressful place to work on busy shopping days, weekends, there's a really need to fit in or you won't go far within your role, more a job than a career

Pros

The opportunities are good, facilities too, additional benefits are better than most. Great team to belong to and the company listens to its colleagues.

Cons

Wages are lower than other supermarkets and there is always the pressure of saving wages. There is also the downside of the pay rate being the same for each department, whether you collect trollies from the car park, on the tills or drive a van.
