      10% discount., occasionally double discount. Good workmates

      Cons

      Shocking understaffed. Management not providing basic equipment for the job. Disciplinary for absolutely anything. Wages short on a regular basis.

      Pros

      - some nice, caring people - some passionate and helpful managers - hours tend to suit people - pay is fairly good

      Cons

      - some extremely negative/nasty people - some managers couldn't care less and treat employees as less than human - bullying exists in some areas/against some people - high management abuse policies occasionally - managers will gang up on people they don't like (witnessed it numerous times and in the end was against me when I stood up against their morals)

      Pros

      You get paid, and they give minor discounts to many things.

      Cons

      No one cares about warnings or input from their own staff, even ones with legal knowledge. You will be lead around with promises for many months, but no one will actually do anything. They are unwilling to hire anyone above their bottom level, meaning people with management experience are expected to get paid minimum wage for at 6 months before they will even think of offering good you just £1 more, but and in return you do everything the higher ups don't want to do. Everyone is overworked due to head office randomly deciding how big they think a store is.
