Pros

work with a wide variety of people which is always a good thing. The Asda discount card. The canteen in the morning serves hot food incase you don't have your own.

Cons

You get overlooked a lot of the time, especially on our department of home shopping. ie, management team have been well known for lying, fast judging, and making Accusations which have only led to reporting them for bullying.

Pros

Section leaders and managers are always very friendly and approachable. You feel part of a very close knit team working for asda and your hard work is always recognised and congratulated. Also very flexible with all personal circumstances.

Cons

The rate of pay is probably the lowest of all the competitive supermarkets. Sometimes due to the high volume of staff important information about the store is sometimes not communicated to all employees.
