Cons

Underpaid me by a substantial amount of money over Xmas 2014 (700). Took an hour lunch break off me when I didn't get a dinner and when asked about it was told we were too busy to have lunch breaks! Was paid nowhere near the right amount of money for the hours I was clocked in to work! I was told I would need to have a disciplinary or would be removed from my job if I had more time off work (I have arthritis) this was worse over the winter months. Therefore felt I had to struggle through work knowing that my arthritis would get worse. This company is a joke to work for. Whilst staff were working their back side off to make sure orders were picked in time the management and section leaders were sat around yapping to each other not doing any work whatsoever.

I have worked for the store since it opened and my colleagues are like a 2nd family.... the company were excellent when I lost a close member of my family .. very caring and understanding... they have always accompanied my needs.

Cons

Not enough colleagues to work ... which puts a big stress and strain on us. Trying hard to keep things running as they should on skeleton staff is not good. I feel like I can't give 100% good service because of being so stressed.

Its was a good company years ago but since saul came things are not running as it should cuts on managers job and staff have had a big effect on the company ... gsm soends to much time about checkouts and staff from other section are being used to cover and left on there for 2 to 4 hours atime so there job on their section are suffering greatly

Cons

The wrong people working at wrong times no process not being done .. not enough colleagues ..to much time on checkouts
