Pros

They look after you, care about you, and your family, have good share and pension schemes. Lots of chances to learn about the other jobs within your store.

Cons

sometimes too many days of leaving your own work to help on shop floor, need to organise colleague working days better.

Pros

Constantly made to put the customer first. Okay pay. Accessible. Good colleague atmosphere.

Cons

Management is hellish due to restructure. Unrealistic, whilst great ideas pushed by home office.
