Pros

Able to work alongside studies Training on job Friendships at work Understanding managers and section leaders Ability to shift swap

Cons

Company policy on sickness Feel as if it would be hard to develop further within the company due to the fact that all section leaders and managers are a close-knit group of friends and family.
