Pros

I can't pinpoint any at all, I found the company to be the worst company I have ever worked for...

Cons

Management are only concerned with figures and statistics, when I worked here, I was genuinely sick whilst at work, and management made me stay at work despite it being against health and safety regulations. Being made to be happy 100% of the time even when having tins, food, money etc thrown at you by angry customers, otherwise you could face being sacked, its ridiculous.

10% colleague discount, Managers Sunday allowance and some smart price offers

Cons

Poor senior Leadership, Poor salary packages for Managers with added responsibilities every day. appalling career progression Path - your face has to fit to get promoted. Senior Management/ Directors doesn't have a clue whats happening on stores. yet Major Decisions are made by few on top affects so many so badly at store levels.

The colleagues are fantastic, they work hard under tough conditions treated awful and looked down upon by some customers, yet they still come back each day and do it all over again.

Cons

You no longer feel part of something great, Loyalty and dedication mean nothing now, Morale is very low due to proposed changes and expected workload
