Generally positive atmosphere with colleagues on a similar level Good training Good induction

Cons

- Lack of respect for work life balance - Managers are poorly trained last minute resort individuals who are not suitable for management and often take personal grudges to work. This is reflected by their low pay, just £1 an hour extra than the lowest paying job despite being given an incredibly large amount of additional responsibility and stress. - No 'back up plan' to deal with unexpected absences - Constantly short staffed due to obsession with saving wages, mid level management will often vent their frustration at entry level colleagues despite them having no say with the regards to the number of colleagues working

Good pay Holiday top up hours Good colleagues to work with.

Cons

Managers stick to their own stubborn ways even though the work environment changes around them. Staff cutbacks which means left over staff expected to do double the work. Overtime is hit and miss and used as a weapon. Nothing is done about colleagues who clearly slack on purpose, frustrating other colleagues who then have to pick up the slack. Difficult to alter or increase contracted hours.

Joke of a company. Spends millions of pounds on p.o.s then bins it, at same time cuts hours for colleagues in store saying there over spent on hours but still want you to give brilliant customer service to customers. Managers just a joke about time it closed down
