Pros

there’s a few tolerable people that actually do their job and don’t drag the whole team down, same goes for managers there’s a couple who are actually doing their job.

Cons

-advertised as “full time” then given 9-11hour contracts. -monthly pay -constant gossiping and childish behaviour -bullying by both colleagues and management -rota’d on for shifts you never agreed to as “overtime” which isn’t paid any different. -the hours are spread over 3-4 days and consist of 3 hour shifts which makes finding another job to work around it near impossible as your entire week is booked out with awkwardly timed tiny shifts -payday may aswell not happen with be fact you can work 6/7 days a week and still pick up less than £800 for a month. -expected to stay for 9-11 hour shifts when only rota’d on for 3-4 hours and even if you decline you’re coaxed into it by constant badgering and bullying. -I could go on but I’m already bored, you get the idea though

Pros

£12.50 per hour, if you do late shifts and you ate over 25 All the training, the brakes, meetings during work time are fully paid. Trainings are a available if you want to progress further Management team is easy to approach and to talk to Not that hard for the females, not even for males after passing probation Colleagues mostly helpful

Cons

It's cold as hell. You will be on the chilled sections loads of time, and you have to get use to it. Hard to pass probation, especially for men who do the heavy grids You will be on your feet for 8 hours a day walking around and around. If you want to lose weight quickly, it's the right place for you. You have to be really good friends with the managers if you want a really good role. Like a maganerial role. You have to work and walk around. No really have to to talk.
