Pros

Wfh, pension and nice laptop. Free parking for Perms at Leeds and Lutterworth offices.

Cons

Honestly, it’s chaos. So many new and old staff people leaving no-one asking why, management have fear factor command and control approach. It’s just not at all a nice culture and will only get worse as they part from Walmart. Management seems to be insecure so theirs lots of blame and deflection - their is no focus on wellbeing, diversity or mental health issues - it’s just get the job done at any cost.
