Pros

The work itself is grand, your colleagues are great people.

Cons

Section leaders and 90% of managers are toxic. Primary school mentality of ‘don’t talk’ As if you’re a child. Give absolutely no training. Zero. Then somehow find the audacity to complain that you’re not doing said job right- Even when long standing colleagues say the job is being done right. Basically if you’re face fits with section leaders and managers you’re flying- free to walk about and chat at your leisure, take breaks when you want. Pay is never right and nobody cares.
