Pros

Some of the team you work with are nice, some friends for life

Cons

Management are clueless, spend most of the time sitting in the office or standing on shop floor on the phone, no progression opportunities.. it’s all about if your face fits, and if you’ll suck up to the right people. A lot of bullying seems to happen, high turnover of staff, morale is none existent anymore.

Pros

10% Discount Card, but they ask you for ID and verification every time you use it, and it takes 30 minutes to sort.

Cons

Unless you're a manager, holidays are basically non-existant. Managers never sign them off, and there are no annual holidays. You have to work on most Bank Holidays, and you can never use your days off without getting permission and someone to cover your shift for you.
