Pros

ASDA has an equal pay policy so no matter your age or gender, you will get paid fairly and equally.

Cons

Bad management. Asked to do too much. Unrealistic standards on employees. Management seem like they don't do anything (sitting around talking and laughing with each other)

Pros

Colleagues mostly good. The opportunity to work for the company is accessible to many as application and interview process quite relaxed.

Cons

Lowest pay of all the supermarkets. Many Colleagues and Section Leaders are expected to have a lot of more responsibility despite low pay scales. Some colleagues are lazy and have an ability to avoid work as they're 'favourites' of management. This is not good for staff morale.
