      Pros

      Good culture People seem to be very professional and friendly but this is too early to tell since I have been there for less than 6 months. So far it is like a dream place to work

      Cons

      Not diversified Honestly, diversity seem to be not part of the culture. People seem to be educated but when you hear them speak, not matter what position they tend to used curse words a lot.

      The strong company culture and values set them apart from other Port Operators and make for a great work environment. Great benefits program!

      Cons

      Depending on your location, you are working with some tough union members but it provides for a great learning platform on how to deal with difficult individuals.
