Pros

A lot of hardworking individuals, 4 x 12+hour work week, hands on, roll up the sleeves type job. Plan to argue amongst the team, make split decisions quickly and think beyond the box.

Cons

Unfair pay amongst employees. Some new hires are being paid than some seasoned vets of 2+ years. Lack of team work between departments and shifts. Lack of advancement at times unless you work the vessel operations. Seldom cross training. Claim to live by culture and value but don't see that to be true.
