      As a profesional I had the oportunity of implement many programs with my coworkers in latinamerica, ensure a close cooperation and coordination between the different countries that we supporting for example create new programs and coordinate that all be aligned acording the countries

      Cons

      I was Planning, developing, and implement regional HR initiatives in support of strategic business goals, for coordinate all the areas was really complicated because the time for achive the goal

      Pros

      Good culture People seem to be very professional and friendly but this is too early to tell since I have been there for less than 6 months. So far it is like a dream place to work

      Cons

      Not diversified Honestly, diversity seem to be not part of the culture. People seem to be educated but when you hear them speak, not matter what position they tend to used curse words a lot.
