      Pros

      Still trying to keep up the old culture of developing people to perform but facing cost cutting constraints that don't really allow that investment in people anymore. Global outlook.

      Cons

      Complete turnover in management in 2016 and a new strategy to be released in 2017 means future career opportunities are uncertain. Operational functions will always be needed but corporate will shrink further.
