      Pros

      The name only open doors to work in other companies but in terms of staff development & welfare, its zero

      Cons

      The company works with Maritime union and un-professional HR employees to reep staffs off. Conditions of service is poor as operations departmen work a compulsory 12hour shift wwith meagre pay which is not healthy over the years increasingly. Industry allowances are not paid.

      Pros

      Challenging job with great stability and security. Many opportunities within the AP Moller/Maersk Group besides APM terminals if one desires a different career path with this highly diversified company. Great benefits package.

      Cons

      Pay should be higher for the industry. Are some turnover issues mostly because people are not expecting the amount of responsibility and a tough schedule especially in the marine department.

      Pros

      A lot of emphasis is place on safety of employees. Continuous training of staff balance between work and family life is promoted. prompt payment of salaries and benefits. good health and insurance benefits for workers zero tolerance for fraud ensure customers satisfaction

      Cons

      a lot of bureaucracy in taking some vital decisions especially as relates to discipline of staff. Save cost in areas that we should not and spend where we should save cost.
