      Pros

      Pay, benefits , work life balance, management, company values. The management embraces the company purpose and values everyday and genuinely does everything possible to be sure the employees have what they need to get the job done. From the top down. I have enjoyed solid support from my management team. I have never witnessed any micro management, employees are treated in an adult professional manner and are expected to know their job and are given the latitude to get the job done. I was fortunate to have inherited a solid senior team that made my job much easier and able to support them with the tools to get the job done.
