      Good travel and training with opportunities to work abroad in challenging environments. Career growth opportunities are available for the right profiles.

      Cons

      Lack of independence in terminals with increasing centralization of management structure at HQ. Benefits are eroding along with employee loyalty due to poor relocation and job transition support in HR.
