Forward looking company focused on been best in industry Trying to innovate with technology solutions Lean methodology is a key part of the culture and this drives improvements in operations and safety People function are very supportive and want to support the business strategy There is a shared culture that you can feel as part of the team and there are loads of example of great career progression

Over-processed procedure. Too bureaucratic. Contract staff. Not comprehensive in some management approaches. Very high tax.
