      Very international organisation with great opportunities around the world You are able to be given a lot of responsibility early on if you wish for it and work for it

      Very traditional and very political company Decision processes are slow and bureaucratic Not a company to go to if you are hoping for a lot of extra benefits and modern devices ;)

      This company is great at providing opportunities for those who can accept the ultimate in location flexibility. You can work anywhere in the world, and there is an entire family of companies related under the corporate umbrella to suit all tastes and careers paths. Good pay and great benefits. The company is very safety conscious and very much lives its values.

      Cons

      In order to grow, you better be ready to move. Career growth in this company is not conducive to remaining in one location.
