Good dedicated employees. Interesting work that is challenging. Lots of variety.

Cons

Upward mobility is somewhat lacking in the current market. Hopefully a turn around in the economy will help to bring about more career advancement

Excellent work/life balance, good co-workers, growing company with locations around the world, market leader.

Cons

Company relatively immature with respect to process and governance, a bit of 'old boys' network and not very diverse work force once you get up into senior management ranks (male and Danish)
