      Large company (part of the 2-part monopoly of UK Signalling major firms with Siemens) Several Large Projects Progression is available Several experts within their fields at the top

      Cons

      I joined, the person pencilled in to be my boss left within 5 weeks, IT took 6 weeks to arrive, only other person in my department was on Mat Leave for 4 months, no one took accountability for me - particularly difficult as I joined in Lockdown and was 100% remote due to this.

      HR policies Compensation Hikes are not competent and to hand salary no benefit after tax cuts with hikes. eg. increment only focuses on your other allowances rather than overall sections. this will relax company from yearly payments increase towards PF. Only focus on Cost. No engineering quality matters. No more foreign tours. Only IN projects are in focus.
