      The pay is good, most people are nice

      Cons

      Boss is extremely moody, rude, toxic and lacks respect. Workaholic and expects everyone else to be like that. 0 leadership skills, 0 teamwork and 0 work life balance. I don't know how such people are kept within the company and most importantly how they are allowed to lead other people.

      You get paid, thats all

      Cons

      Its the company vs employees. They penalize you for the smallest things while management kick their feet up and do nothing. They want you to stay home if you're sick, but if you run out of sick days, tough luck. They will fire you for being sick even during this time of Covid.
