Pros

There were pros while Power and Corporate were still in the group, but after the sale to GE all good left this company.

Cons

Employees are being abused and harassed with the knowledge and assistance of the top management and especially the HR. The unions are also in the game and are being paid to shut their mouth. The pig from the biggest ever scoop on Balance Ton Porc left the company with a HUGE check, Alstom not only kept him warm during all these years but at the end rewarded him for the good job done: in harassing morally and sexually employees. This company will soon die due to its culture, or rather the lack of it. And please Glassdoor, change the CEO, it’s no longer Kron since the sale to GE.

Pros

Wfh, flexible timings, learning, free lunch and dress at site.

Cons

Only good for employees who CTC is beyond 30 lacs. Job relocation at local level is very tough even after completing 2 years at site.International relocation is a myth which company and your manager will sell but the moment you try for it, your manager will screw you badly. No growth plan for employees. Junky courses available and taught online which bears no commercial value. Whole Alstom is busy making ppt and actual work done by juniors. If you get narcissist boss then may your soul rest in peace.Excess workforce hired which might result in huge layoffs.
