Pros

-Big name on resume. -don’t hire as technician.

Cons

-treat you as a slave . -hiring only Indian origin. So, they can push them and pressure them to work as per their ideology. -no equality to any technicians on the floor -management biased -No personal growth to anyone. They only care for their production line and selling trains -no life, no safety. Want to become slave, come to here.

Worse company ever

Pros

international markets coverage, decent products, competent people at the working level

Cons

Very bad company culture and ethics. Spent 6 years in the company in various roles and various countries. Met always the same issues regardless of the business unit: Skilled and passionate people at the working level and terrible people managing them especially at the senior level. The vast majority of the managers was dishonnest, liars, lacking courage to tell the truth or descibe the business reality to their managers/team. Always trying to look good to get their bonuses at the expense of the truth, taking all the credit for the work of their team, writing bad reviews or speaking bad of their direct reports and colleagues while smiling to them and pretending everything is perfect, saying one thing one day and denying it the day after, always changing the organization and internal business rules in a fire fighting mode with no anticipation and not enough time to carry it over, always finding reasons not to increase salaries or pay bonuses, trying hard to pay the least and below market especially when promoting to a higher position, never keep promises to their staff on promotion, trainings, bonus etc, etc...with the support of the HR department. People who refuse this culture get fired brutally. Others give their best for a couple of years and then get disgusted by all this shit. Very high turnover. If you have the choice, really just don't go there...
