Pros
Flexible schedule and optional morning or evening shift
Cons
There are countless cons to list but will try to stick to the most crucial. 1. Management has no concern for staffs well being. Whether it be overworked, safety protocol failures or overall respect for employees. 2. Extremely racist and sexist as a company. 3. Minimum wage salary for extensive physical labor in some positions and both mental and verbal abuse in others. I cannot emphasize enough how poorly this company is run. I worked there for almost three years. Only because it worked with a pre existing schedule for other work. I saw many staff members come and go simply because the company did not respect them or their time. They have zero intentions of bettering themselves or their work culture as a company. It’s simply a few wealthy men from Spain who sit back and turn a blind eye to the ongoings in their own company for a profit.
