Pros
The waiting area is an incredibly relaxing environment during sessions - very nice ambiance for a desk job. The staff is very warm and welcoming, sort of a big family vibe. The people responsible for my training were very patient and thorough.
Cons
For the most part clients are agreeable but some can be pretentious and entitled ( which is to be expected given the price of this service). Upper management can be a little disorganized with scheduling informing staff of promotions offered .
