      Good entry level salary for people new to Copenhagen.

      Cons

      Systems are of poor design and make and hard to maintain. Management is more interested in bottom lines than your health.

Opening a new AIRE site is never an easy task and in Copenhagen, we had a big challenge due to Covid-19 and the current European situation, however, we are committed to succeeding and we strive to provide our current and future team a stable, safe, and friendly workplace. In the last year, we have made important changes regarding our management, the facility conditions, and our structure, all to make sure we can be competitive in the Danish market and offer the best employment experience possible.       Pros

      You make tips but it will not break anyone's bank

      Cons

      High-end fancy spa that pays minimum wage. People last about a month or two. Always hiring for same positions. No benefits. No days off. You work holidays.

      The managers are passive aggressive making it an unstable work environment. They think you only care about money and don’t respect your value or time as a therapist
