Pros

The atmosphere is very calming, makes the workday seem easygoing. Free use of facilities once a month, you can also bring a guest which is nice too. Great after a busy day !

Cons

Inconvenient time frame for schedule, only good for part-time work, no real benefits, a bit of favoritism currently going on, there's really only one good manager.

Pros

The people tend to be amazing to work with. You learn plenty from colleagues about technique and maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer service. This seems to be the main positive. Inevitably the quality of your massage will go up from working here.

Cons

The rooms get very hot in the summer and very poor management of this. In winter there are not enough therapists to manage the number of massages that take place, leading to many tired practitioners. The pay for massage therapists is minimal considering how much clients are charged even considering the weekend and overtime supplementary pay of 10% and 25% respectively. Finishing time for late shifts are 11pm
