      Paycheck Co workers Nothing more besides those 2 things to work there. Management has no clue what the true issues are.

      Management is incompetent. Political on all levels. All about who you know Contractors taken advantage of Use employees to get results and mgmt takes credit Overworked and understaffed

      Nothing good as an organization, except have made some good people.

      Cons

      A lot. No vision, Full biased, Blind decisions, Not so great HR policies. Usually we expect a product company to be a good place to work. But things are upside down here. They run faster in wrong direction... nothing more

      - impossible workload for the resources applied. - unstable business environment undergoing major changes - constant change of internal direction & commitments - Layoffs will continue to resize/refocus the company
