Still a sweat shop. Burns out employees, and a very cliquy place to work. if you are not in, you are out.

It is very exciting being part of a new direction at an organisation as large as AIG. There are a number of opportunities, if you are driven, to carve your own path.

Cons

Some changes do not occur as quickly as they should, but this is typical of a company as large as AIG.

Very good benefits including company paid pension and highly matched 401k.

Cons

Technology, management philosophy, and overall culture is like time traveling back to the 80's. It is that bad. If you aren't at a management level you are treated like a factory worker.
