      Pros

      Great co-workers, approachable manager, compensation is decent. Interview process is pretty easy. Direct manager was laid back and helpful. Office building in a nice area with good lunch spots.

      Cons

      "Technology" is outdated. Director was more like a dictator. Work loads very high. Turn-over is very high. Lack of opportunities in smaller offices. Do not call in sick even if hospitalized/bed-ridden etc. as you will get a stern warning! Dreaded going to work every day due to such negativity in the office. Audits are copied to the whole office, so if a mistake is made, everyone knows who did it. This should be something that is discussed with the responsible party in private. There is absolutely no training program.

      Pros

      good management, good place to learn many different fields of insurance, good compensation, good benefits. It's a demanding company, but as it is demanding of you, it shapes you up into a very knowledgable and team oriented employee.

      Cons

      like many companies, is currently going through a downsizing. It's also evident at times that advancement comes with who you know and not always on what you know

      Pros

      Good number of job oppurtunities in IT and the Operations area. Good Program Management & SDLC standards. Decent Pay for jobs in the IT area. Open for temporary work permit/visa holders like H1-B, L1 etc.

      Cons

      Rigid Organization Structure - not an easy task to get a a big promotion soon. Talent recognition and retention.
